Offered Re-Bonded Machine is used for producing EVA sheet. Driven by PLC controller, this foam making equipment is approved by CE or ISO. It requires 220 to 380 voltage range to function. This system is useful for crushing of foam which is blended with glue. The foam is fed and is pressed by its hydraulic unit for attaining required density. Provided Re-Bonded Machine comprises of compression molding assembly, mixing unit, stirring section etc. Mechanical steam molding based mechanism of this equipment improves its efficiency to a great extent. This machine has automatic foam feeding section.
