The Cushion Cutting Line  from ASE is complete block processing machine designed for trimming the sides of single or long blocks in an efficient way  minimizing the work time and also providing digital control over the thickness of sides to be removed. It can also be used for re-sizing of blocks.

The machine consists of two vertical cutters in a Left-Right arrangement which can be moved in-out with respect to one another, Guiding rollers to guide the foam block during cutting and a slate conveyor to drive the foam block.
